What is TBC?
Total Body Conditioning (TBC) is a cardio and strength training class designed to work your entire body. For 50 minutes, you’ll alternate between strength exercises for your legs, abs, back, arms, shoulders, and chest, while also integrating cardio sequences to burn a maximum number of calories.
Each session is structured to improve:
- Your endurance
- Your strength
- Your muscle tone
It’s the ideal class for anyone who wants to sculpt their physique, improve their overall physical fitness, and gain daily energy, all while having fun with every workout.
The Unity Factory Total Body Class Structure
Ready to sweat and burn a ton of calories? Each Total Body Conditioning session includes:
- Warm-up (10 minutes): Joint mobility and cardio activation to prepare your body for the effort.
- Main Block (40 minutes): Alternating multi-joint movements and cardio exercises (squats, lunges, push-ups, burpees, planks, jumps, rowing, etc.) for a complete and balanced workout.
- Cool-down (10 minutes): Stretching and mobility exercises to aid recovery and reduce the risk of injury.
In addition to your Total Body sessions, enjoy access to our other classes (Cross Training, Boxing, Hyrox, Bootcamp, etc.) as well as our high-end fitness and strength training equipment to achieve all your goals.
