How Does a Bootcamp in Paris Work?

Our Bootcamp sessions last 60 minutes and take place in small groups. Here’s what to expect:

Warm-up: Get yourself ready for the workout.

Cardio and Strength Exercises: You’ll perform a series of exercises that stimulate and strengthen all your major muscle groups: shoulders, chest, abs, back, thighs, glutes, and arms. These cardio and strength exercises, often done in pairs using body weight, vary from session to session and may include burpees, sprints, push-ups, commando movements, and more.

Cool Down: At the end of your session, you’ll relax, release your muscles, and stretch.

What do you need in terms of equipment? Just your sneakers, a towel, and a water bottle.
