Cross Training in Paris

Take on the Cross Training challenge in Paris at our Unity Factory gym and develop optimal physical conditioning. The Cross Training (or CrossFit) as we envision it at Unity Factory is a mix of bodyweight exercises or weighted movements, practiced at high intensity in a circuit format. In our Unity Factory gym, Cross Training in Paris is divided into two classes: Cross Training and Athletic Training.

Cross Training Classes

Our Cross Training classes in Paris are designed to enhance your overall fitness. This training method combines strength, endurance, and mobility exercises for a complete workout. Each session incorporates a variety of functional movements, such as squats, pull-ups, and burpees, performed using body weight or small equipment (medicine balls, dumbbells, bars, ropes, jump ropes, etc.), allowing you to work all muscle groups: shoulders, back, chest, abs, arms, legs, thighs, and glutes.

Athletic Training Classes

More intense than Cross Training, our Athletic Training classes are specifically designed for those looking to enhance their sports performance. This high-intensity training focuses on developing strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Through specific exercises such as sprints, plyometric jumps, and weight lifting, you can increase your explosiveness and power. Whether you are a professional athlete or a passionate amateur, our Athletic Training sessions are tailored to help you achieve your sports goals.
